The NHL announced Tuesday which teams will head to the Czech Republic, Finland and Germany for games this fall. The league's 2024 Global Series will feature the Buffalo Sabres and New Jersey Devils opening the 2024-25 season with two games in Prague on Oct. 4 and 5. The Sabres will also play a preseason game against Red Bull Munich on Sept. 27 in Munich, opening the German club's new home arena. Then, the Florida Panthers and Dallas Stars will head to Tampere, Finland, for a pair of games Nov. 1 and 2 to conclude the international series.
